Welcome to our Earthkind® Grapes Page. Texas A&M is currently running a three year earthkind® grapes trial in Texas. There are three trial locations in the CBMGA area with two of the trial locations at two of our CBMGA members’ properties. This page and our Earthkind® Grape Bed is to demnstrate to the public how to properly construct a grape bed using the Earthkind® method. There is a slideshow below that will be periodically updated with pictures that are as current as we have at the time. Each variety of grape currently being trialed in the Texas A&M study is being grown in our Earthkind® Bed. You can find more information on each variety below.

 Ellie Dille |
Ellie Dille is the bed head for our Earthkind® Grapes Bed. Ellie joined CBMGA in 2021 as a transfer from Oregon. She immediately jumped in and became a very active member. This is her first foray as a bedhead but she has helped all of the other bed heads in their bed a lot. And with that we want to recognize Ellie for all her hard work thank her and all of the other Master Gardeners who helped to make our Earthkind® Grapes Bed everything it is. | |
