Rain gardens can do amazing things for storm-water management, pollution control and biodiversity. Join Dr. Fouad Jaber, PE, Associate Professor at Texas A&M Agrilife Extension and Research, to learn how to engineer, install and maintain a rain garden in your backyard or community. This class will offer practical information about using rain gardens to protect our waterways from pollution and siltation, and should be of interest to everyone including city planners, engineers, landscape architects, storm-water professionals, Master Naturalists and interested public. Admission is free.
