Debbie will be discussing the details of the plant sale. Promoting and advertising, sign up sheets, assignments, plants and labeling, scheduling, setup, take down, clean up and the overall operation of the plant sale will be covered. Our plant sale is our primary fund raising activity, making this one of the most important monthly meetings for members to attend. The better organized and coordinated our plant sale, the more successful we can be. Make your plans to be at this meeting.
Social time of pot luck supper begins at 5:30pm followed by the business meeting.
