Titus County Fair

CBMGA will have a booth space at the fair. We will need help with setup and take down. Debbie DeWolf has circulated sign up sheets. Everyone should have received at least one through their email. The schedule as published by the fair organizers states:
2. Exhibitors may set up their booths between 1:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 27, 2016 and/or 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 28, 2016. All booths must be completely set up and ready for operation by 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Exhibitors who fail to set up their booths in the allotted time will automatically forfeit all privileges and rights to the space. There will be no refund of rental fees paid.
